“sama” is a manifestation of KIWI’s creative maturity, full of emotion, authenticity and pride in finding her own voice. The artist has captured her truth in it, showing how complex and beautiful a journey the process of self-discovery is. In her songs, she rediscovers herself, sharing her deepest emotions and inviting the listener to a world full of contrasts and extreme states that accompanied her during the creative process.
The album "sama" clearly veers towards alternative, introducing more live sounds that add organic depth to the compositions. Although there is no shortage of electronic elements, there is a greater presence of instruments that enrich the sound layer and give the whole a fresh, alternative sound.
“sama” shows KIWI as a versatile artist – a songwriter, composer and producer. She produced several tracks on her own, while on others she collaborated with Mikołaj Dobber. The artist emphasizes that although the album differs from her previous works, it is the fullest reflection of herself.
